There are only two differences between the Aimpoint CompM2 and the CompML2. The optical glass system and multilayer anit-reflex coatings are identical, the housings, zero adjustments, finishes, submersibility, etc. are all the same. The differences are as follows: 1- The CompM2 has a band pass coating on the lens surfaces. This makes them compatible with NV devices. 2- The CompM2 has 4 NVD switch settings and 6 daylight-visible settings. The Comp ML2 has 9 daylight-visible settings plus "off". Unless you plan to use a NVD you will enjoy all the same features, plus more variety of brightness settings, with the ML2. And they are cheaper. Paul mstn.biz |
