| What is your preferred procedure for testing function of new mags? How many rounds do you run through them? Any other tips for function, besides maybe dropping free? I've got some of the PSA mags for cheap, and want to confirm function before loading them up with SD ammo. |

Only thing I would add is for the final step (actual test firing) is to fire those 5-10 rounds from a fully loaded magazine, to ensure the spring can lift the entire stack of ammo. |

I can honestly say that If a legit g.i. or Pmag will accept ammo like it should, it fits and clicks into the magwell, allows the first round to be chambered, I'd bet my life on it working.
I have NEVER had a new g.i. or Pmag not work. I've fucked some up and wore some out, but never had a new one not work. |
