What mag reloaders do you use and recommend?

Looking for something reliable but not need for record-breaking speeds.   Just something a bit faster than the lula that will take the boredom part of reloading mags out of the equation.

Thanks!

Cammo Brothers Loader

I can vouch for the loader and the Company. Great loader, great people.

I'm a huge fan of the Strip LULA. It's much faster than the Lula. It makes loading mags with stripper clips extremely fast and even cuts down the time it takes to load loose ammo as well. I can't imagine not having one now that I've gotten used to it. I've found I shoot probably 30% more each range trip since Im not wasting time loading mags by hand.

I either buy ammo on stripper clips now or load up stripper clips myself when I buy a case of ammo. Id much rather sit in front of the TV loading up clips then spend time at the range fiddling with loose ammo.

Or you could just sit in front of the tv and load a bunch of mags? I never load mags at the range unless it's handgun.

Thanks!

The TV thing does not work for me since I seldom watch that thing.  Even cancelled the cable service and do not miss it.  Occasional movie on Netflix or a disk.

I spend my free time with my family or my hobbies, mostly outdoors.

Below is something I wrote in the past and goes over the pros and cons IMHO of three type of stripper guides.

There are 3 that I have used GI-Spoon, StripLULA, and Thermold Stripper clip guide.

My Favorite and by far the BEST IMO is the Candian Military aka Thermold Stripper Guide!!! Also the best bang for your buck.

GI-spoon:
Pros: Cheap and compact
Cons: Rounds can somtimes twist while loading, Can slip off a Pmag while loading unless you hold it tightly against it, & can't load loose rounds.

StripLULA:
Pros: Can also load loose rounds, semi-Compact, designed to keep rounds from twisting, and has a thumb saver plunger device
Cons: Can slip off a Pmag while loading unless you hold it tightly against it and expensive ($25-$30)

Thermold Stripper clip guide:
Pros: covers the entire top of the magazine so will not slip off Pmags, Also loads loose rounds, Rounds will not twist, moderate price ($7-$10)
Cons: no thumb saver, larger not as compact as the others.

Strip LULA unless you don't have stripper clips. PMAGS are easy enough to load with just your fingers that you could buy two more for the price of a strip LULA and not have to reload for another 60 rounds.

I mostly use just a regular Mag Lula

when I have a lot of magazines to load I use the Bench Lula
