Oleg Volk is calling it a 10rd PMI 458 Socom mag, I'm not finding any other reference to it.

IIRC those are .499 LW mags from the defunct Leitner-Wise Rifle Company, which became LWRC after Bill was kicked out of the company. I don't think LWRC carried over the .499 LW to their product line. the .499 LW is based on an extended 50AE case....just as the 50Beowulf and 458 SOCOM are. again IIRC they worked well with the 458 SOCOM so were often used in rifles chambered for that cartridge.
