No they do not, you won't find anything over 20 rounds thats a straight body, the rounds have a natural curvature to them, and anything over 20 will be highly prone to jamming.

You stated anything over 20 will be highly prone to jamming. That statement is not true based on the fact that the French were able to make a successful 25 rd 5.56 magazine. It certainly could be done for the AR platform, but there is no practical reason.

The FAMAS Mags do not work in ar15? i thought they were compatable

The FAMAS Mags do not work in ar15? i thought they were compatable


From what Google tells me the G2 model changes included the ability to accept M16-pattern mags. The 25rd mags were for the F1. They don't have the mag catch slot cut in the side and "rock in" like M14 or AK mags.

You probably won't find any ArmaLite 25's. They were made for the first test rifles before ArmaLite sold the platform to Colts. Rare would be an understatement.  

Shame there isn't anyone making modern day versions, I'd buy a "few" to say the least.
