This might be a dumb question, but my shooting buddy ask
me at the range today. What if a hi-cap mag ban is passed again would all my G.I. mags that say L.E. and Military use on them be against the law to posess????? I don't know the answer but it got me thinking, you all know it's hard to tell what B.S. gun law they will try to pass. Let me know what you think. Thanks, smokingguns |

IIRC, the way the last ban worked was if the magazine was manufactured before the effective date of the ban it was legal to own. Just no magazines made after 1994. Now, the rules may change, but it is a pretty safe bet that if you already own standard capacity magazines you'll be able to keep them. |
