Guys I couldn't find any previous posts.  What was the problem with the first pmags?   Thanks!

I believe it was the design of the follower combined with the forward end of the mag where the rounds fed out. People were complaining of FTF(eed) with some rifles. I can't remember the exact verbage, so here's a pic (first run Pmag on the left, new one on the right):

I'm sure someone will explain it in more detail shortly.

The first runs that I still have wouldn't work in my RRA, but run well in my Saber. First runs also had LEO markings on them. I kept a few for my mag collection.

Thanks!  Do you know if Colts had problems with them?

I don't think it was a "brand specific" problem. They either worked or they didn't.

I had some of the 1st PMAGs & had trouble with FTF.  I tried them in couple Colts, CMMG, & Bushmaster. Same issue with all rifles.  Magpul replaced them all & throw in some free magpuls.

No problems with later versions.  I bought a bunch more & thousands of rounds later - no issues.
