I'm building my first AR and have some 30-rd PMAGS on order. Looks like Magpul doesn't make 5-rounders. Who makes the best 5 rounders (for varmint and javelina hunting)?

I just found some interesting mags at the gunshow this weekend that I have never seen or heard of before. They are 8-round DPMS VLD magazines made for handloaders so that you can set the bullet out farther when using the heavier "low drag" or any other bullet that you might want to load up at a longer OAL. I also bough two special bolt catches that are made to work with these mags.
I am new to ARs but had never heard of anything like these mags before. Being a handloader myself I thought they sounded like a pretty slick idea, so I bought all 10 of them...
