[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Beta C Mag Identification

I purchased a Beta C today for the AR it has the black back and a 3 screw plate instead of a strap from the back to the front.
Is this preban or just another older config? Is there any way to definately identify if this is a preban or post ban? I searched the web but finding stuff isnt my strong point so I so didnt find anything.

Pre-ban or a LEO with new back plate.

It most likely is a preban unless marked LEO/GOV only....recent beta's were redesigned. Here's a pic of the pre ban beta mag rear:
