I have been looking at getting some new 30rd mags. I have a Bushmaster AR and I have been using there mags with no problems. The mags run perfect. My question is, does Bushmaster make these aluminum mags or does someone else make the mags for them? Also, has anyone run any of there new stainless steel mags? Thanks a bunch, ERIC. |

Bushies are made by one of the major manufactureres, and who it is is subject to change. Bushie charges $21 for a thirty round mag. You can get the same mag all day long from dsgarms.com or 44mag.com for ten bucks. Hell, I've bought new in wrap Okays and Centers of the equpment exchange for $7-8. So for the price of one you can get two or three. Gun show this weekend, there was a guy selling brand new Centers for ten bucks and brand new Colts for fifteen. Save yo cash bro. |
I would just buy mine from Larry at C Products. When I had my AR I used his magazines extensively and even had to speak with him on the phone. It was late on a Friday and I caught him just as he was leaving the office. Still one of the best people to deal with. Every chance I get I boast about his magazines. Not only is the product top notch, but so are the people behind it. |

So CProducts make Bushmaster mags? The reason I'm asking is, the one that came with the gun, looks very similar to a CProducts mag. Also, do the CProducts mags use Magpul followers? If so, which ones? Sorry for all the questions. I'm still new to ARs and learning. Thanks, ERIC |
