[ARCHIVED THREAD] - UZI BHO modification...is it possible?

Heard it from a few guys that it may be possible to modify the UZI follower to hold the bolt open on the last shot in the AR 9mm platform. Is this even possible?

I'm too lazy to look, but I think there's a thread on the UZI board that details a similar DIY mod.
