All is fair in his statement, in my opinion. It is a sales tactic, but it is not unreasonable.
People have the ability to look past those kind of statements, most of the time.

If he was truely greedy, he would hang on to them and sell them for a lot more if another ban came along.

If you dont like the guy's ad or prices then don't buy from him. It's bad form to piss on someone elses "for sale" post. It might even be considered "malicious interference" (google it).

I didn't piss on his post, I didn't use his name for that reason, sure you could find the post but so what (remember no publicity is bad publicity), I simply expressed my displeasure about his choice of wording and use of a serious situation to sell a product. And as far as being malicious I have no need to "Google it" I am fully aware of the meaning of the word. I intended no "harm" to him and didn't interfere with the the sale by posting my displeasure in the sale.

are they overpriced or is he just trying to move inventory? if he's sell 4 packs for $35-40, i see no harm in it. if he's selling them for $100, then who would be dumb enough to buy them?

it's no worse than an official site dealer saying...
"why go stag to the prom, take RRA DEA TUFF XTREME ELITE"
then selling stag products 6 months later...

i hate stupid marketing ploys, and if the opportunity arises i'll call someone out on it... but his marketing is no different than Home Depot STOCK PILING snow shovels and saying "BE PREPARED"... it's not like their charging $80 for a plastic shovel...

This has to be the dumbest post of the day.
