I came across two Colt 30 round magazines. Pre ban. No markings or date stamps only the colt logo and script on the base plate. One is Brand New the other is slightly used. Both have black followers. What is the going price on these. Thanks.

The brand new one -- $15 - $20 The used one $10 - $15
A Colt base plate doesn't make the magazine "gold" -- you can put a Colt base plate on any 30rd AR-15 magazine. Nothing special about the mags.
