Hi Guys
I've read about the problem with improper spring/follower installation in 20 round mags.  I completely disassembled and cleaned some grungy old 20 rounders I bought during the AWB.  Not sure if I have 'em set up right.

Anyone got some proper installation pics?

There are "Tacked" threads above and "Information" tab up top for reference, are you saying you didn't leave ONE un-assembled, for reference, in case you got confused about which way the spring/follower went??????

The loop on the bottom of the follower needs to be on the very last loop of the spring (the straight part that is cut off).  It's very easy to rotate the spring around 180 degrees so that the follower is attacked to the second half of the spring loop, but if you do that, it will bind up in the mag.

I recommend using a wooden ruler to cycle the follower up and down in the mag.  If you've assembled the spring/follower wrong, you'll find out very quickly.  This method also works to smooth out the interior of mag bodies where followers often hang up (useful for when you replace one type of follower with another type, or when the mags are brand new, and the followers are rubbing on the interior "finish").
