I am interested in buying a redi-mag magzine holder. Has anyone out there ever used one of these or have on on their weapon. I would like your opinions as to Pro/Con......Also I have not seen them offered anywhere but Bushmaster's website. Are they offered anywhere else... I appraciate all feedback. I have one on my M4 the second mag adds some weight and the Redi-Mag gets in the way a little when you try to hit the bolt catch to release the bolt. It does make for a fast mag change though. I bought mine from JP Enterprises. I just looked at the link KClapp posted and I see that they now make a bolt catch extension, it would be well worth the extra money for that feature. The price direct from them is lower too. I think I'm going to order one for mine. Then I would have no complaints about it. Edited for typos. |
