 I have a new in the box Beta C mag that was given to me and I thought it would fit the AR, but it does not.  Well not without some mods which I won't do.  
 My question is,  Are there any other rifles out there that this mag will fit?
 On the box it states  TYPE- M249 SAW / MINIMI.  So any other types besides those.  Thanks

If it has the AR15/M16 tower, it will fit a M249 SAW but they don't run reliably in the 249. In September ( when the AW ban expires ) you should be able to change the tower to whatever config you want ( Aug,G36 ect. ) legally.

Does that mag have LEO markings?

Yes.  It is a LE/Military marked mag.

Well, if you are Military or LEO then you can simply buy a replacement M-16 feed tower and you are good to go!  If you are not Military/LEO you may want to consider returning it or at a minimum stop admitting you have something you shouldn't have!

Quarterbore,   I did send you a reply to your email stating that I was an leo.  I would not be on this board asking about anything Illegal.  Thank you for your information.  I didn't know anything about these types of mags and didn't know you could replace the feed tower.   Thanks again

My e-mail box is about impossible these days... hundreeds of e-mails a day and most are spam of some sort...  sorry I did mis your reply...  

Anyways, you are fine!  Look up any dealer with BETA mags and order a new AR-15 feed tower and you can start using the BETA.  Feed towers are VERY cheap and quite easy to install!
