Rawles' site is kinda old, maybe outdated. Here's a waffle mag curently on eBay:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2228967472&category=587&sspagename=STRK%3AMEBWA%3AIT&rd=1

It's up to $295 and it ain't over yet.

BTW, if anyone wants a transition mag bad enough to spend $200, let me know - I have two of them.

So how much are you going to part with one of your Armalite transitional magazine? I would like one in my collection but I am not yet crazy enough to spend $200.00 for one.

The more rare something is, the harder it is to put a dollar value on it, because as the eBay auction shows, you can never tell what someone will pay for something.  I *personally* wouldn't pay more than $50 for a transitional mag in very good condition, but the fact that I don't own one may be an indication that I'm not willing to pay current market price...  [:)}

Take your $200 and buy 10 Teflon Labelle or Colt mags from Surfit....you'll be a lot happier and have more than one mag.
