I just got done over the course of the last day and a half refinishing 12 very ragged out Okay mags with Perma-Slik G.  This stuff is great.  I followed FALARAK's instructions that are pinned in the magazine forum, with one exception.  When it came time to remove the excess finish, at first I used a papertowel.  This made the magazine very silvery in color.  I switched to a Swifter dusting sheet, and it burnished the finish down to a nice semi-shiney grey.  I was quite pleased with the results.

I've also tried different types of cloth and paper and got nice results.  I recently tried layers of lighter coats with drying at a little higher temp for a longer period between coats on an old Colt 20rnd magazine.  So far it seems to have the toughest finish yet.  This magazine has been to the range several times with a lot of use and I am very encouraged.  I'm not recommending anything yet without more tests, but the results are promising.
