Noticed one of my 30 round mags doesn't have a date on it, does this make it illegal for post-ban AR’s??? The only markings on it are KAY INDUSTRIES New Britain Conn. USA. Not sure how I wound up with it, I always look for the date when I buy, huu must of had a brain fart, then again one of my buds coulda left it with me. |

The mag that you have is an OKAY Industries Mag. IF a mag does not have a date on it. It is a PRE-BAN mag. Check out the MAG-FAQ at the top of this list. It has a push pin and it is always at the top. Lots of information about every kind of mag avaliable. Batchman |

batchman, thanks for clearing that up. I probably new that at one time, unfortunately I’ve been diagnosed with CRS. Thanks also for the heads up on the MAG-FAQ great info, that answered a second question I had,(I’ll insert a thanks to Troy here as well). Oh, and thanks for the Welcome, I might have at least said Hello before asking my dumb question. HMMM 123.....yea 4 thanks that should do it.(LOL) Jetlag, none of your mags have dates on them? Question for a question for a.........(lol) DevilsAdvocate, how do you do it???? I’ve got a few Blue Press mags laying around, may swap a good Bushmaster for that kind of info! |
