Personal Protection System PPS, Scranton Penn in the late 80's
Was a distributor to exotic ammunition to Law Enforcement and civilians, no longer exists.
They also had the 38spl ZC38 (zinc) and Axiom Teflon coated .38spl made for them.
These are for self defense, starts as a solid copper HP. Will have to figure out what the abbreviations mean.

I always appreciate your posts...most all of the exotic ammo you show, I never even knew existed.
