So I was wondering what would happen if a child like maybe 2 or 3 years old accidentally ate some primers. I know its bad and ive looked on their website to find the msds and it was too vague and didnt say what would happen if primers were ingested. So was wondering if anybody could give me a little insight into this.

I...uh...

Posting on ARFCOM instead of calling poison control? Okay...

Magtech's primer MSDS doesn't cover ingestion, and CCI cites "other unknown health effects" besides gastrointestional irritation for ingestion of a complete primer. Call poison control and follow their advice.

EDIT: Winchester says to "call a physician". Federal has no toxicological data listed. Remington says to drink large amounts of water, induce vomiting, and contact a doctor or poison control center.

National Poison Control Number that connects you to your regional poison control center: 1-800-222-1222

Good luck.
