I have an AR with a 1:7 twist that can handle the heavier loads of ammunition. I will mainly be using this AR for CQB and anti-personnel engagements up to 250 yards out. my question is this...For these heavier loads (64gr -75gr bullets), can I replace my carbine buffer and carbine spring with a heavier buffer and spring to offset the difference in power of the loads so as not to mess with follow up shots?

I use an extra heavy buffer in my primary carbine regardless of load; suppressed & unsuppressed both.

You will have to test what you have regardless.

Heavier buffers and/or springs slow cyclic rate which offers a number of benefits.
A lot of people report their weapons feel smoother.

The difference will be less than 1 ft/lbs.  Can you tell that?

assumes a lot of things, same powder burn, some avg velocities and differences in ammo will change it.
