[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Case Splitting / Sticking in Chamber Photo

Wolf WPA is sticking in my chamber about 1 in every 30 rounds. One came out like this..What usually causes this?

Upper is a Spike's Dissy. 16" barrel mid length gas.
