| ordered & recieved 840rds. of LC M196 tracer packed in orginal ammo can in bandoleers...shoots about 4in. gps. at 100 meters ...1in9.. 16in M4 with a 3X9 scope...2 out of 10 will light rest are a no go...kinda a let down..Kent |
headstamp 1970 thats probably the problem...don't think it's a range problem we useta load first 4 in the mag so we could tell when we were running low on night ops using a later XM177 with 11.5 brl & they would light straight out of the brl. ... flash off that bugger would have us "night blind" & deaf & slap you so bad that you had to have something to "wake you up" to change mags...take care..
