Is the Federal "American Eagle" XM855F the only boat-tails in cheap 62 grain?
I get great results with the boat tails, but it's sometimes hard to find...

All of the M855 clones, including IMI and Prvi, have boat tail bullets. I think you'd actually be hard-pressed to find a 62gr FMJ that doesn't have one.
