What is the difference between the white- or yellow-box Federal XM193 and the stuff in the black box that says "American Eagle Tactical XM193"?  Place/time of  manufacture, components, quality control, what?

What about crimped primers?  Does XM193 have a primer crimp that needs to be removed before it can be reloaded?
