Well I picked up some Indian OVF, also says 7.62 M80 96.

Word on the street seems to be that the factory ammo is dirty, uses tar sealant, and may have KBed a 1919.

Does anyone here have an knowledge with these as factory loaded ammo or the brass for reloads?

By "KBed a 1919", do you mean that the ammo was made in 1919?
No 7.62 M80 96 back then.
