I have some 5.56 ammo that I need to sell. Sold the AR for bills, etc and I have the
ammo left. Can the ammo be shipped UPS ground? I know the post office does not
ship ammo, but will UPS as a individual at customer counter?

Yes, you can ship UPS ground, they will require you to put a ORM-D and Small Arms Cartridges label on the package. You will need to ship it from a UPS 'hub' - not a "UPS Store".
Here's a 'sticker' I print out and tape to the box when I ship ammo.

Yes, UPS will also do a pick up . The stickers they gave me just said "ORM D". My transaction was done over the phone. Have to have dimensions and weight. My shipment was 4200 rnds in 3 large ammo cans.
