| Unfortunately so is the Magnum Research rifles. I owned BOTH and had it happen on both rifles. The Remington I sent back last year luckily and got all my money back. The Magnum Research is going back. It is sad as they both were extremely accurate rifles and a lot of fun to shoot, but no matter how clean you keep them they still can blow up when firing. I have given up on the round in a semi. Personally I think CCI changed the powder formulation or amount and this causes the round to eject before the bullet is out of the barrel blowing out the rim. |
