Just got some of this stuff in a trade, have no idea what it is.
Here is the first one. Headstamp reads: FC NT 223 REM
and the second. Headstamp reads W C C 0 5

Yeah, looks like frangible ammo.
The FC is Federal, and WCC is Winchester.

Isn't the "NT" on the Federal headstamp for "Non-Toxic"?

The only time I've seen that headstamp previously is on Winchester ammo.

I've got some 9mm cases that have the identical headstamp to those Federal cases, only they (obviously) says 9mm instead of .223.
