For all of you who store everything in dry boxes, do you keep the ammo is their original boxes inside the dry boxes? Also, if you have 4 or 5 different manuf. of the same caliber (same grains), do you mix them all up in the same dry box? This is just my OCD speaking. |

I just throw stuff in ammo cans - preferably sorted by caliber, but I don't get so anal as to do it by manufacturer, other than keeping all boxes of manufacturer together in some form - but they may be sitting with boxes from another manufacturer - ie 20 boxes of prvi .223 and 20 boxes of israeli m855 or something like that. |

I sort my cal and if I have enough of it, by mfg as well. I also try to mark the age and use older first.
I also have the "common" can which has a little of the stuff I will commonly shoot all in one so I don't have to go fishing in cans before I go shooting. Most of this depends on how much ammo you got. |
