Has anyone ever run across or heard of what this stuff tends to do in gelatin?  There seems to be a decent amount of it available at the moment, but I can't seem to find any hard evidence as to just how well-suited it really is for personal protection.  Anyone?

It's not well suited; the ammo is meant to reduce ricochets off of steel plates.

Where are you seeing this stuff?

I load my own frangible with the BARNES bullets, but I'm curious as to what WIN has out there.  The FED NT is nice stuff, but pretty expensive.  I'm just curious to see what bullet WIN is using.
