Anyone used Winchester XP3 ammo?  Pros?  Cons?  Problems with extended use?

That's not enough information. What caliber? What weight bullet? What's the intended use?

These are hunting bullets are basically the next generation of the Winchester Fail Safe bullets.

The few I've used have shot well and penetrated well in game.  No real issues, but then again, I've maybe fired two or three boxes of the ammo.

They shoot very well (30-06 180grn) from my deer rifle, an old model 70 feather weight. three out of five rounds touching at 100 yards. Never shot for groups much as it is mucho $$$$ but it kills shit dead and the rounds look MEAN

Im talking 150 grain 308 specifically.  Ive been very happy with them in my 270 but Im picking up a 308 tomorrow and was thinking about these rounds for that.  Just wondering about the Lubalox coating on the bullet in the barrel over time.
