Wierd, Q3131 sells for the same inflated price of 10.99 it sold for before Nov 4 at Bass Pro here, and it is usually in stock.
At the local gun-show AR's were the same price they have always been, an example being a Sabre Defence M4 with regular handguards going for $1,199 at a dealer table. |

When I went to stash it, I found a box from four years ago marked $4.25  I've got some Q3131 that is marked $1.99 a box. I should hav cleaned out the entire store at the time. |

there's a TON of people buying ammo and stuff for their new AR's and they are people that know nothing about the AR or about reasonable prices for ammo and accessories for the rifles... therefore, Gun stores etc. are charging more for stuff and these un-informed people are buying it up thinking it's reasonable but not knowing it's not.
i've stood next to sooo many idiots at gun shows lately and watched them get ripped off (even more so considering the price hikes lately) because they believe the BS coming out of the sellers mouth.... |

My observations as well. This isn't the time to load up, that was two years ago. But lots of people stampeding into over-priced purchases and cleaning out the vendors/wholesalers. |
