Assuming that you mean a .270 Winchester ....

Not really any such thing as plinking rounds.  Among US manufacturers, Federal Powershock in 130 grain is about as inexpensive as I've seen .270 Win.  About $19 a box best I've seen.

Prvi Partisan and Wolf supposedly manufacture .270 Win, but I've not seen it myself.  Grafs lists it.

Yes...

A reloading kit and components = cheap plinking ammo for every gun you own.

Used to be able to get PMC 130 gr. JSPs for $6.99 at retail just a few years ago...now you are looking at $15-$20 box for the cheap stuff.

Thanks for the responses. That is what I had pretty much figured out. Sometimes it a good idea to ask the hive mind, you never know what it may know.

I've been buying a box of the Federal 130 gr. PSP ammo at Wally World every time I go.  They've got em for $12.99 right now and have for a month or so.

They do, but ammunition-to-go has the Prvi in for cheap too. I'm a .270 plinker myself.
