I found this at the range today, I'm thinking it's a "stoppage training round" so what ya think..

Definitely a training round.  That orange plastic goes all the way through so you can tell it's a dummy no matter what.  Can't remember the name of the manufacturer, but I used to see them all the time when the San Antonio Saxet gunshow was easier to get to and didn't charge for parking the way the Freeman Colosseum does.  But they seemed to make dummies for any caliber imaginable.

Yupp, as said...dummy rounds.

Here are a few we used at Blackwater for "failure drills".  From the looks of the ones I have, they're just simply Winchester brass with a ABS, PETE  or some other type of hard plastic insert that runs the entire internal length of the brass.
