So, I went to the range to zero my AR for 200yds with Remington .223 UMC. According to the ballistic calculator it should shoot approx. 1.4 inches high at 100yds and zero at 200yds. Well my targets indicate it shoots 2 - 2.5 inches high at 100yds and 1 inch low and 3 inches to the right at 200yds. What gives?

Download the 1,000 inch 27 yard target and set the iron sight zero using it at the close distance and I found that Rem UMC using that hits a silhouette of steel at 250 meters with same zero setting and making in between shots at 50 (One Inch High) and 100 (one and a half inch high) and 150 yards   an inch and a half high roughly at two hundred until the 250 target at point of aim.You cannot expect any more than that as I did it with the same ammo but that is minute of critter or person for the UMC
