It seems cheep and decent plinking ammo? i dont reload but i collect my brass for when i decide to. is the PMC in the gold/black box reloadable?

I reload it for plinking purposes only. I also use it on new pieces of equipment just in case the equipment is flawed so I don't screw up any of my other brass. It's not bad brass, it's just not at the top end either.

so i assume that i should store it different than my other brass right?
