Does anyone sell bulk pack .22LR solids?  The Federal and Remington  bulk packs are 36 or 38 grain HPs and my .22 likes the 40 grain bullets best.  I'd like to feed it cheaper bulk pack ammo but I can't find any solids in bulk packs.  Any ideas?

I will find the Federal that Stretch is talking about at my local WalMart from time to time. I think it is a 500 pack (10-50rd boxes). I paid $11.49 for mine. Have not had a chance to shoot them yet so I don't know how well they do in my CZ.

Thats it. They are called Federal Champion, individual boxes are 1.07 and 11.27 for a brick. If your local Walmart doesn't have them they can order them for you, also try the Blazer bulk packs as they are the same thing.

And note what Jason says on the price (as he is absolutely correct) - it is cheaper to buy 10 individual boxes from Walmart than it is one full brick, although they are one and the same.  I haven't figured that one out yet.

The Federal 40 gr solid is not copper jacketed, are you guys not concerned about leading up the inside of your barrel? I would like to try some of these, but had a bad experience with Winchester Xperts. These leaded up my 1022 barrel so bad I could not get a bore brush through it, and when I finally forced it through, I was literally getting  chunks of lead coming out. Won't be buying the Winchester again.

My 10/22 likes the 36gr .22lr Federal bulk pack better than my Winchester T22 ammo. Go figure.
