| Has anybody shot any frangible ammo??? If so what did u think?? |
|
I have shot 1,000 rounds of CCi Blazes 140 gr 45 acp I had to use it for a class at Thunder Ranch Oregon I thought it was loaded very hot with heavy recoil just as accurate as any factory 45 ammo I have shot. It would make a good self defense round. I would not use it for plinking to expensive. |
| Frangible ammo is good for shoot houses and ranges with environmental concerns (no lead). If you are going to shoot frangible, try and get USGI rounds. They typically have a copper jacket. Some of the commercial stuff does not and bullets will break when chambered, boogering up your blaster. . . |
