YOU'LL LOVE IT IF YOU WANNA BUST WATERMELON AND PUMKIN Otherwise the cost is just too much for normal range ammo. Recoil is same as WWB but had lots of muzzle flash

I have shot 1,000 rounds of CCi Blazes 140 gr 45 acp I had to use it for a class at Thunder Ranch Oregon I thought it was loaded very hot  with heavy recoil
just as accurate as any factory 45 ammo I have shot. It would make a good self defense round. I would not use it for plinking to expensive.

Frangible ammo is good for shoot houses and ranges with environmental concerns (no lead).  If you are going to shoot frangible, try and get USGI rounds.  They typically have a copper jacket.  Some of the commercial stuff does not and bullets will break when chambered, boogering up your blaster. . .
