Letters OFV along with M-80 but no NATO cross, a date of 75, and 7.62. Was wondering who made this stuff, and is it any good?

Indian mfg.

OTV = Ordnance Factory Varangaon, Busawal, India. The 70's dated stuff is generally considered good, although accuracy is marginal.

The 80's stuff is crap.
