So I get home after work and the wife tells  me my ammo came. I go to opem it and I am short a 50 can of  5.56. I got the rest of my order and the reciet and it shows  it shipped. So I call them and they show it shipped. I have been a long time customer  and I kindly explained this and that I was  not gonna eat the missing ammo. She was nice put me on hold for a bit and  came back and said she had to get her boss's ok and would reship the missing ammo and there whould be an investagation. I said ok great thanks.  I am  wondering  if any one else has had this happen from SG?

Never....

someone snatched it en-route, or the shipping guy had too much coffee that day....

Either way, count on them to make it right....

Boy, you guys must be lucky.

Last time I dealt with them, I ordered 2 cans of Indian 7.62, paid asking price for them, didn't receive - and later SG actually REFUSED to ship them. Did get a refund though...
Anybody heard of this kind of deal?
Maybe short memories....

I had a shipping company steal a check for $10,000 once, that was interesting.

Had the exact same thing happen to me about two years ago.  SG made good on it and reshipped.  If I remember correctly it was a whole case of .308 that was missing.

I'm also a long time SG customer and the rare times they've messed up, or something's gone missing, one phone call quickly solves the problem.  I ordered several Russian AK kits from them a couple of years ago, they were supposed to be stamped receiver kits with underfolding stocks.  What arrived were milled kits with solid stocks.  I called, they apologized, sent prepaid shipping labels and refunded the full amount.  Can't ask for much more than that, other than not to make the mistake in the first place.

Maybe they "refused" because they ran out???   I ordered 5 cans of the same Indian 7.62 and only got 4.  I called them and they said they were out.  Only charged me for 4 to begin with, so no refund was needed.

Yep, also had something like this happen to me.  I had bought a lot of stuff from SG without a problem prior to it.  Ordered up a can of Radway and one of those Swiss wool blankets just for the hell of it.  The UPS man dropped off the box and left, when I went to pick it up I just about filled my drawers when I discovered it was as light as a feather!  I looked at the bottom and sure enough, there was a 50 cal can sized hole and what looked to be a nice patch and tape job done the UPS  Long story short, within about 5 weeks SG sent me a new can of Radway without any real hassle.  Some UPS monkey must have had one hell of a lucky find.

I have received everything i have ever ordered. Just not necessarily at the agreed upon price.

Had to dispute the CC charges from my last order when they charged me $200+ for a $160 order.

Actually, worse than that. THEY UPPED THE PRICE BY 50% and served up an empty apology with a can of Screw-U. Clear now?
I wonder if anybody still remembers SG pulled this on an unspecified number of people numerous times - with the last (Indian ammo) incident they got flooded with complaints to the BBB, FTC and the MN Atty. General's office. SG's answer? Another $10 off coupon
Y'all go on buying from them no matter what (it seems)- it's your money.

See it's your fault. If you had ordered 4 white flags, you'd have been good to go.
