Need some help with this ammo.

NPA 5.56x45 01. Green Tip and Green sealant on primer.

Who makes it and is it any good? Only have 50 rds. so if I have to throw it away that's fine. It was mixed in with some Wolf I bought off a guy. Also found some plastic cased 556 also. I have seen some stuff on here about it, should I just throw it away or keep it as a novelty.
