I have seen some tracer ammo advertised and was wondering if any special modifications are needed or if I would run a risk of damaging my rifle? Thanks!

no probs shooting tracers. Make sure your rifle has a fast enough rifling twist, which means at least 1-9 for 62 grns. Careful where you shoot them They are a fire hazard

Can't even tell you how many acres of Camp Pendleton I've burned down with tracers

Yea, I was talking to some others and that seems to be the consensous that they are pretty dangerous when it comes to setting brush on fire. Thanks for your input!
