where is the cheapest place to get .22 fmj bulllets (i am considering buying one of those 7640 round packs)

I assume you mean .224" ?

If you mean .224 bullets, you can usually get pulled bullets for cheap from wideners website. I usually use the bulk Winchester 55 grain bullets from midway for my plinking ammo.
