I was wondering what SHOULD be considered more accurate.  I have a few tubs of the SA loaded .223 and 3 or 4 battlepacks of the SA loaded 5.56.  Which of the two SHOULD be more ACCURATE?  I was wondering if this was along the lines of Win. Q's  vs WWB.  Just wondering.

Military should be about 200 fps faster than the SAAMI.

The ammo won't matter much it's what chamber your rifle has.  A 223 SAMMI chamber will be a little tighter than a 5.56 chamber.  Thus a 223 round should be slightly more accurate.  Just don't put the 5.56 ammo  through a 223 SAMMI chambered rifle.

If your asking what ammo in general will be more accurate, your rifle will tell you that after a day at the range.

5.56 prussure ammo is generally a tiny bit less accurate than .223 pressure.
