Where can I get some M-855?, I want real M-855 not just SS-109 (same bullet, but not nesseccarily the same powder charge....), and not the Lake City factory seconds.... SS-109 will work as long as it's at the same loading as M-855, before anyone posts it the British Radway Green is out, from what I've heard it's not loaded to M-855 specs, and is light even for SS-109, unless ofcourse I heard wrong.... So does anyone know where I can get some M-855?.... Also does anyone know where I can order M-193?, again not the Lake City Seconds, hows that South African, and Guatamallen stuff?, is it loaded to M-193 Specs?, I know that Winchester Q3131, Q3131A, and the 40 round Value Packs are loaded to M-193 specs but it's expensive, and I don't anyone who carries them in bulk, does anyone know anywhere that carries it in bulk for a decent price?.... I don't mind Lake City, and would even preffer Lake City, but NOT the factory seconds, from what I understand thats what that loose packed stuff is.... |

ADCO Firearms has some. I bought some and like it. adcofirearms M855 ammo |
The loose pack stuff - XM193-PD is 3rds. Be careful some dealers (SG and others) don't tell you its PD. The PD stuff gets bad reviews. The 2nds- XM193 is great stuff. You won't find LC M193 1sts. There are all kinds of ammo reviews on the board on all the stuff you mention. Don't discount stuff like Radway or Guat for plinking and storage. Since I am not filthy rich nor have been whoring for years (cough cough dpmmn), I have been re-evaluating my shooting snobery. |
