Came across a can of this while moving shelves this weekend, I know it's mil-spec,other than that I dont remember when or where I got it.  Please help me identify it.

The language appears to be Portuguese or possibly Spanish.

Obviously it’s 1,000 cartridges of 5.56mm ammunition

Bala-Lote is the lot number I think. Lot 225, probably manufactured in 1982.

Cat No. 10-162 is (of course) the catalogue number. A quick Google search of this number and 5.56 returned this page…

And the headstamp “TZ” is used by IMI of Israel on their brass.

So I think it’s safe to say this is IMI (Israeli) made 55 grain 5.56mm (M-193) ammunition that was made for a Spanish or Portuguese speaking nation.
