does anyone have any experience?  it's the steel cased made by barnaul in russia.  it has a sealant around the primer, and another one around the bullet where it meets the neck of the casing.

is it any good?  how does it compare to wolf?

I've shot both and I can honestly say for once Wolf is cleaner than another ammo. If I had to choose between the two I would pick wolf and btw I think the monarch stuff has lacquer on it
