I got this in a trade and I know that most of what I got was LC XM855, but there was a small lot of this-

Marked "86" above the primer and "13" below.

South Afrikan 55 grain surplus. It came in 300 round battle packs. Berdan primed, M193 velocity.

Concur. The "13" on the bottom is short for "M1A3", which is how the SA military designates it's ammo. Current SA ammo is M1A6.
